Ultra Capacitor Car

1. Build car 
2. get materials ( tape measure, fishing line, car, D battery, stop watch, Ipad, rubber band, wires, chairs)
3. find a suitable area to test the car
4. build a track 
5. place car on fishing line 
6. charge car for 5 sec. 
7. release wire 
8. measure distance of the car travel 
9. record distance and time data on ipad
10. re- do step 6-9 again at 5 sec intervals

I have a question does the rocket car need water to work or can we put gel in it and still work?

Today we tested the salt water car. We didn't get it to work

Salt water car

Today we are trying the salt water car and it is not working. We have added a lot of salt to our water and it doesn't work.

We found out that we need a 100 watt halogen light not a 100 watt light bulb.

I took data for the capacitor car.  We made the track for the capacitor car. I swabbed the up stairs key board.

Today we tested our ultra capacitor car. Over all the tests went really well. This was a very productive class today
